Automatic Foil-Cutting-Device
Application:
This system is recommended for every 3D-Thermoformer, and is used for cutting the foils near the press. The system is available in a Single-version or in combination with a foils-storage-rack.
Working procedure:
Version 1 - the Single-Cutter-System for Serial-manufacturer
From the integrated foil rack (2 hangers) the foils will be pulled by hand through the Single-Cutter-System, and at a touch of a button the foils will be cut-off. Simultaneously the foil will be pulled-up app. 6 " (=15 cm) automatically (for easy access to the next charge).
Version 2 - the Cutter-System in combination with a foils-rack - for multiple roll change
The chosen foils will be pulled-in by hand directly from the rack through the cutter on the press-shuttle and at a touch of a button the foils will be cut-off. Simultaneously the foil will be pulled-up app. 6" (=15 cm) automatically (for easy access for the next charge).
