Ionization

Applicability:

The Ionization removes the electrostatic charge from the foil, avoiding any adhesion of dust. This is enhanced also by using the air gun/ring ionizer for panel cleaning.

Advantages:

Through using the Ionization, dust is avoided by cleaning of the parts and foil - before the press process.

Our Ionization systems are offered in three versions:

VERSION 1 - Ionizing-bar at the press:

• 1 pc Ionizing-bar length 1500 mm (incl. fixing angle)
• 1 pc High voltage transformer (with function control), 230V/115V, Single phase, 50-60Hz
• 1 pc High voltage cable - 1 metres

Version 2 - Air Gun-Ring Ionizer:

• 1 pc Ring Ionizer
• 1 pc High voltage transformer (with function control), 230V/115V, Single phase, 50-60Hz
• 1 pc High voltage cable and air hose - 5 metres

 Version 3 - Complete Version

• 1 pc Ionizing-bar length 1500 mm (incl. fixing angle)
