SmartPin System
FLEXIBILITY
The SmartPin Technology has the benefit of not being press manufacturer dependant. It can be retrofitted to any manufacturers existing press without modifications. The SmartPin system can be implemented as a single tray solution but can be later upgraded to a multi tray solution as production requirements increase.
SIMPLICITY
The SmartPin system does not require any specialized training or skills to operate. Existing production personnel will quickly learn how to use the system and loading times will improve almost immediately. In addition all other variables such as glue, vinyl and material preparation remain same ensuring a smooth transition.
PRODUCTIVITY
The SmartPin system uses sophisticated imaging software to determine the optimum setting of pins for each tray load. Within seconds thousands of pins are reset eleminating the time consuming placement of pedestals. The SmartPin virtually eliminates the labor involved in the production, storage and retrieval of podestals.
RELIABILITY
The SmartPin system does not utilize complex cylinders or valves to actuate the 2800 pins arrayed across the tray. Instead the revolutionary design is extremly easy and low cost to maintain which maximizes uptime. Pin replacement can be accomplished in seconds and requires now special skills or tools.
