For Membraneless Presses

Consisting of 2 separate layer:
1st layer: Fill-fleece - to protect heating plate and compensate temperature differences.
2nd layer: Glide-fleece - to protect foil and avoid air-inclusions between foil and heating plate.

Application:

The combination of this two fleece-cloths will be streched-in under the heating plate to take care of the sensitive foils at pre-heating. Also a damage of the foils will be avoided.

Advantages:

The foil will pre-heated constantly without direct contact to the heating-plate. Air-enclosing at pre-heating between the heating-plate and foil will eliminated nearly.

Glide-fleece (2nd layer)
Standard width: 1600mm
